Here is a vintage watercolor fashion portrait depicting a flapper woman measuring about 10 by 17" framed and 5" by 12" without the frame.
I believe that it is French and is colored in by watercolor.
This item has a scuff mark and dirt on the paper.
This item was originally double-sided, an you can see the dress design from behind when looking at the bottom right hand corner.
