14) Art Deco flapper blue Sketch Fashion Portrait watercolor Woman Dress!

Description

Here is a vintage watercolor fashion portrait depicting a flapper woman measuring about 10 by 17" framed and 5" by 12" without the frame.
I believe that it is French and has a watercolor skin tone and  likely acrylic coloring for the dress.
There is a minor blemish at the top right hand corner of the image that is not noticeable.
