    Cal Rodgers in his Wright brothers "Vin Fiz" flyer after reaching the Pacific ocean on his historic first transcontinental flight across the U.S.A. On the left is Rodgers sitting at the controls and on the right is a view of his fatal crash. This rare card is actually postmarked Long Beach, Cal., 1912.
