Antique 1947 international awards estey piano

Antique 1947 international awards stand up piano. I bought this beauty for my brother for Christmas. I'm moving and unfortunately can't take it with me. The black is paint that was done by the previous owner and 98% of the piano looks perfect, but there are a few spots with very slight streaks/clumpiness where it wasn't sanded completely.  It needs 3-4 dead keys fixed (-50) and the keys are an off white so it'll need new keys (0). It can still absolutely be played because the few dead keys are at both far ends of the piano and not near the middle. It has just a few chips and dings, but it's also 70 years old too. It's very gorgeous, antique, and special. I bought it for 0 and it needed roughly 0 of work into it. I'm selling it for 0 because I need the money for other things and can't bring it because I won't have any room. It's fairly heavy and will need to be picked up. Pick up from Plainfield, Indiana.
