    I had purchased this vintage piece at an estate sale last year.
    There were ugly, dried, and plastic flowers, so I tossed them! I assume there was a cover or lid at one time. Even without the lid, this is such an attractive piece of work! The base measures 4” x 3-1/2”, stamped W.M. Grindley & Co. of Tunstall”. The bowl measures 5” in height and 7”, from handle to handle. The top opening is 3” x 4”. There is crazing on the bottom, along with a couple of burn marks.
