    Condition is "Used".  This piano has been kept in a heated and air conditioned home and is in good condition.  It has not been played or tuned in many years, but seems to be in good mechanical condition. It will need to be tuned, but otherwise seems ready to play.  With its compact upright style, this piano would be perfect for a church, a social organization or a home.
