Hal Ambro Walt Disney Studios Animator 1940 Signed Original Animation Drawing

Description

For your consideration is a an original drawing, signed in 1940 by Hal Ambro. It is framed with a protective glass, and measures 20" by 17.5" with the frame and 12" by 9.5" without the frame. It is in good vintage condition with just some stains on the upper right corner, as showing on the first photo. It is almost impossible to capture all details with the camera due to the protective glass, which causes a glare when taking photos.
"Hal Ambro was an american animator, who was very notable for his work at Walt Disney Studios. His animation included: Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Mary Poppins, Peter Pan, among other well-renowned animations. He
was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1932, he moved to Los Angeles to study art, and started animation in 1934 with Marty Monk Productions. After the war, he was hired by Walt Disney Studios."
