Superb felt-tip drawing made by Salvador DALI and dedicated to Jordi
(for his friend and pupil George T.
- in Catalan language, Georges = Jordi).
This drawing was made on the
frontispiece of the book "les passions selon Dali"
written by Pauwels,
published by Denoël, published in 1968.
We decided to
remove the pages of the book and have them framed so that this drawing can be admired
,
especially since it is a
rare subject in the work of Dali
(who often represented a star, a crown or a Don
Quixote which accompanied the dedications).
The drawing is also personalized, the myth of Saint George
having been chosen especially for his friend George T.
